-        Grant application to Neighbourhood Panel Fund grant application needs to be submitted by 29th January, - clerk to set up another date and time,

Cllr B Johnston, Cllr M Khan would like to attend

-        CCTV update grant for solar cameras, funds much be committed by March 2020 and spent by September 2020 working party to be considered at the next meeting

-        Local services event 18th January 2020, 10 to 3pm Tombola stall approved for Eton and Horninglow Play Scheme Group

-        Salter Bank Walk clerk to contact local residents to establish any interest/support

-        Representative on Town Centre panel 1st Cllr B Johnston, 2nd Cllr J McKiernan and 3rd Cllr D Fletcher (majority), and Cllr D Shilton

-        Hospital residence minutes circulated next meeting 11th March 2020, 6.30 pm Queens Hospital Restaurant

-        10 mph restriction from 20th January, Victoria Crescent

 

-        Bank walk path clearance commenced

 

-        X mas trees donation from Virgin Media still awaiting fundig

 

-        Removal Youth Shelter, St Lukes Park. It was noted that the initiative would be left with Staffordshire Police to take the lead if they felt local resident consultation was required.

-        Litter pick Eton Junior School very successful.

 

-        Xmas Fair, 30th November, St Chads Community Centre The Chair gave thanks to Cllr P Haywood and Cllr J Anderson for supporting the event.

Clerk to obtain update on the introduction of double yellow lines, Mona Road/Addie Road junction.

 

Clerk to speak to enforcement re Mona Road/Addie Road, parking near to barrier

 

Staffordshire police report clerk to confirm if the report included Eton parish statistics.
