Meetings are open to the public and usually take place every second Tuesday of the month. All meetings are usually held at Carver Road Scout Hut Headquarters. Please check the agenda and notice boards as on occasions our venue and meeting dates may change
No meetings are held in August.

Members of the public have no statutory right to speak at meetings. Below are the councils public participation rules

OPENNESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES REGULATIONS 2014
A person who attends a meeting is permitted to film, photograph, make an audio recording of the meeting proceedings, use any other means of enabling persons not present to see or hear the meeting as it has taken place.
However these undertakings must not be in a disruptive manner. Examples will include:
– moving to areas outside the areas designated for the public without the consent of the chairman
– excessive noise in recording or setting up or re-siting equipment during the debate/discussion
– intrusive lighting and use of flash photography
– asking people to repeat statements for the purpose of recording
