To consider joining the legacy tree charter and identify a few locations within Horninglow/Eton for additional trees. National forest have confirmed their possible support. Trent and Dove had given support for the introduction of some trees by Victoria School as a pilot initiative.  Cllr D Langford

To consider the introduction of a bus lay by being introduced, Foston Avenue. This however will result in 2 parking spaces being removed should it be approved.

To consider appointment of working group to consider investigating possible improvements of open spaces play areas in Eton and Horninglow parish – Cllr D Langford

To consider the purchase of replacement damaged bins around the parish ie Victoria Crescent, Harper Avenue, Belvoir Close. Cost approximate £1.8K.

To consider meeting Stoke on Trent enforcement services to establish costs for the parish council to fund additional parking enforcement services and to also discuss illegal parking around both Eton and Horninglow. To also consider approximate budget for this additional service.

To consider exploring the submission of Traffic regulation order to remove some double yellow lines (Thornley Street/Hunter Street) , introduce double yellow lines on the junction of Hunter Street and to also include possible no waiting times for other streets within near proximity.

To consider meeting with Traffic management, SCC to establish what improvements can be introduced to slow traffic down Belvedere Road following several road traffic accidents.

To consider meeting with traffic management to establish what improvements could be introduced to improve pedestrian crossing by Little Burton Derby Turn roundabout – Cllr Khan

To consider involving other stakeholders to assist with Calais Road Pedestrian Crossing upgrade project.

To consider approving the attached allotment committee policies. (clerks report)

To consider TRO’s submitted by County Cllr R Clarke (as per last meeting)

To consider meeting with SCC to explore the feasibility of creating parking bays along Belvoir Road. Cllr D Langford
